Tim Schofield joined Metis in 2020 as Building Superintendent after overseeing the multiyear construction of the company’s headquarters at 1819 Electric Road in Roanoke, Virginia. As Facilities Manager, he is responsible for the overall operation and care of the building, supporting both Metis and its commercial tenants. Tim brings more than 40 years of experience as a construction superintendent and previously served in the U.S. Army.
