Terri Dillard brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to her role as Large-Scale Claims Coordinator at Metis. Since joining the company in 2002, she has held several key positions, including handling both Property & Casualty and Workers’ Compensation claims, and later serving as Workers’ Compensation Supervisor. In her current role, Terri specializes in managing high-retention and large-scale claims and leads reinsurance efforts to ensure timely, accurate communication and coordination on significant losses.
