Senior Director of Operations
Steve joined our team in 2003. He has played a key role in helping members of VAcorp and WVcorp Self-Insurance Risk Pools reduce operational exposures and meet their risk control goals. As Senior Director of Operations, he continues his efforts to ensure that Claims, Risk Control, and Property Services maintain their forward progression in serving customers, and he gladly assists directly with specific needs as situations arise.
