Shane has been with the company since 2012 and has developed a strong foundation across multiple areas of claims, bringing both depth and perspective to his work. He began as a Claims Technician with the Support Team before advancing to Claims Associate, where he handled minor auto, liability, and workers’ compensation claims. He later stepped into the role of Litigation Specialist, managing more complex and high-exposure cases, and most recently served as Property and Casualty Claims Supervisor. Shane’s progression into his current role as Complex Claims Specialist reflects his ability to navigate increasingly complex claims with sound judgment and attention to detail. He holds a bachelor’s degree inmanagement and leadership from Bluefield College.
