Mike joined our team in 2014 and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Grove City College. He began his career as a Risk Consultant with Federated Insurance, where he assessed the exposures of commercial accounts and worked with them directly to mitigate risk. He later served as a field trainer before transitioning to ISO, where he focused on property inspections and underwriting surveys. At Metis, Mike started in Risk Control before moving into his current role as Member Experience Manager. He has trained thousands of public sector employees on safety and human resources and was the recipient of the World Safety Organization’s 2018 Concerned Citizen of the Year Award for his work in the field of risk management.
