Megan has worked in the industry since 2008 and has been with the company since 2012. Over the course of her tenure, she has advanced through several roles within the claims department, building a strong foundation in claims handling, training, and team leadership. She now serves as Claims Development Manager, where she leads the Claims Associates and Customer Service Representative (CSR) teams, supporting their growth, development, and performance. Megan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Longwood University and is from Rocky Mount, Virginia.
