Jennifer joined Metis in 2012 as Assistant to the Executive Team and now serves as Chief of Staff. In this role, she partners with executive leadership to advance strategic initiatives, strengthen organizational alignment, and support the execution of key business priorities across the company. Jennifer holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from Guilford College. Her experience includes executive operations, board governance, process improvement, and organizational leadership.
