Chris joined the team in 2026 with more than 20 years of experience in safety and risk management across industrial, mining, construction, and emergency response settings. Prior to joining the team, he served as Director of Safety and Health for Raw Resources Group and as a Health and Safety Manager for WestRock Corporation, where he led multi-site safety operations and ensured compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements. His background includes safety audits, incident investigations, program development, workforce training, and prior service as a firefighter and paramedic in West Virginia. Chris holds a Master of Science in Safety Management from West Virginia University and is a Certified Safety Professional.
