Ben Montgomery serves as Director of the Project Management Office(PMO) at Metis, bringing more than 30 years of experience in project leadership, technology delivery, and organizational transformation. He leads the PMO and is responsible for project governance, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Metis, Ben held leadership positions with More Better Technology and Advance Auto Parts, where he led large-scale business and technology programs and developed high-performing teams. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Science from Ferrum College.
