Valerie joined our team in 2018 in a claim support capacity. Today she manages the Project Management Office connecting the tactical project delivery plan to the organization’s digital transformation initiatives through the development and implementation of tools and solutions that support our staff in their efforts to serve our growing member base. Valerie is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Longwood University with a concentration in Professional and Rhetorical Writing. She is cat-mom and avid crafter who can frequently be found under piles of yarn and cat fur.
