Scott joined our team in 2022. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre / Communications from the College of Charleston, SC, and his Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University in Charleston, SC. He has managed large scale teams to include Boeing, Sam’s Club, and Target. Scott brings 30+ years of experience in management, process improvement / Lean, Human Resources, quality management, and his passion to help employees get to where they want to be. He resides in Bedford, Va. with his wife, 3 children, 3 cats, and 1 dog.
