Neal is responsible for all Information Services (IS) and leads our IS group. He joined our team in 2020 with over 30 years of professional and managerial experience utilizing technology within a variety of industries including banking, communications, transportation, healthcare, and insurance. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and is the architect of several major software applications along with an extensive background in managing various teams to successful outcomes.
