Bruce joined our team in 2016 and utilizes his 30 years of leadership experience in Support. After graduating from James Madison University, he began his leadership development in restaurant management, eventually progressing into the insurance field. Bruce leads the Support Team which is the first point of contact for claims submissions, bill review/making payments, and supporting the organization throughout the claims process. Bruce resides in Rocky Mount, VA, with his wife and 3 dogs.
